Returns & shipping

Bonavita strives to offer your customers a quality service experience and want to make sure the Bonavita products you purchase truly meet your customer’s needs. Warranties are subject to approval after customer submission and must be eligible to receive a warranty replacement under Bonavita terms.

Please take special note that due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to attempt to troubleshoot any technical and usage issues prior to issuing a refund and request that you assist us to the best of your abilities in attempting to resolve issues via our online service channels (email and chat).


Unopened and unused returns should be handled by your internal service procedures as the product should be able for sale at standard pricing.

Product Specific Exclusions

Routine wear accessories parts such as lids, carafes, glass, baskets, and showerheads are excluded from the warranty, unless faulty from manufacturing. If a product has been used such that the wear is egregious, no warranty will be offered. 

Electric Appliance Policies

Customers should be informed about electrical appliance usage standards per our policy here: Incorrect or non-standard usage will void all warranties regardless of time of purchase and could result in product damage, personal injury, or property damage. Bonavita Brands is not liable for any such damage.


We will use standard or ground shipping to send your product(s) to you. All shipping fees, unless otherwise stated, are to be covered by the client. We reserve the right to use the shipping carrier that is most convenient.
